What is a Certificate of Good Standing?

For most orders, that's all we need. We'll reach out if we require anything additional.

How will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate will be delivered as an official PDF document via email — the same state-issued document you would receive if you requested it directly from the state. It is digitally certified and accepted by banks, lenders, courts, investors, and other parties who require proof of good standing. A secure download link will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
